3. Insurance Information will be collected and detailed during this time as well.
4. Your Ardent Team will produce the scope of work internally, on site and immediately begin mitigation to secure & dry the structure.
5. In order to prevent mold growth, it is recommended that water be removed within 24-48 hours. Using modern equipment for water extraction and dehumidification, the Ardent team will get to work on removing the water from your home as soon as possible, keeping mold contamination to a minimum. If mold is detected, we will also provide mold removal services.
6. We leave the area in a pre-construction state, ready for repairs.
7. Ardent Restoration can also make repairs to leave your home in a pre loss condition.
